If you believe your copyright has been infringed

Send a notice to [email protected] containing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the material on this site said to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it, including the page address.
  4. Your address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.

Valid notices are acted on promptly. Material identified as infringing is removed or disabled while the claim is reviewed.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error, and your contact details together with consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.

Repeat infringement

Accounts and contributors who repeatedly infringe are terminated.
